Real Madrid forward Vinicius Junior has reportedly separated from Brazilian influencer and entrepreneur Virginia Fonseca.
As reported by İdman.Biz, citing Spanish news agency EFE, representatives of Fonseca confirmed the breakup to local media, emphasizing that there had been no arguments or disagreements between the couple.
According to her representatives, the two simply decided not to continue their relationship.
Vinicius and Fonseca began dating last year. The couple initially separated in May but appeared to have reconciled following the FIFA Club World Cup, when they were spotted together aboard a yacht in the Mediterranean Sea.
Their reunion attracted considerable attention in the Brazilian media. Just over a month ago, the footballer and influencer reportedly exchanged engagement rings, suggesting that their relationship had entered a more serious stage.
However, their romance has now come to an end, with neither party publicly disclosing further details about the decision.
Meanwhile, Vinicius has also been in the spotlight for his actions on the pitch. During last weekend's match against Villarreal, the Brazilian winger was sent off after pulling an opponent's hair.
The incident resulted in a red card, while a goal scored by the Real Madrid forward during the same episode was disallowed.
